Relief Collage
Turn a two dimisional image into a three dimensional clay relief learning levels of depth, rounded and squared forms and slanted surfaces.
Relief Sculpture
Create a free standing sculpture by adding your relief to a clay box. Add decoration, glazed lettering, and a lid with handle that compliments the motif.
Relief Sculpture Box
Using a stick figure template the student has drawn using correct propostions a wire copy is made and posed into a dynamic position.
Wire Figure
Add mass to the wire person by making paper cubes, then bending and gluing them into the pose you want.
Box Figure
Make the paper boxes from styrofoam, glue them into the same pose and carve the figure to have realistic muscles and detail.
Carved Figure
Use clay to model the different parts of the figure. Score and slip them together to create a fully realized person .
